JOURNEY TO SELLING YOUR HOME
Step 1
Meet to do an initial walkthrough of your home and discuss comparable properties, price and
marketing strategy.
Step 3
At this time, photos and video will be taken
for marketing and social media.
Step 5
Review all offers and select one for acceptance. Put one offer into back up position if we
have the opportunity to do so.
Step 7
Appraiser comes to inspect and appraise the property.
Step 9
Consultation appointment to discuss goals
and timelines.
Step 2
Prepare to list by completing initial listing documents as well as completing any discussed cleanings, painting and/or repairs.
Step 4
Your house is live on the market!
Step 6
Buyer performs inspection and any negotiations for repairs to follow.

Home inspection period: Standard is 10 Business Days.

Additional contingency periods: These can include buyer acceptance of HOA terms and property disclosures. We will discuss these as needed.
Step 8
Buyer's lender gives the "clear to close". You will then sign documents for closing at escrow and the sale records.
