Get prequalified with a local lender. I can help
you locate a trusted lender if needed.
Step 3
Submit an offer! I will negotiate on your
behalf to secure the purchase.
Standard closing period is 30 days once the offer is accepted..
Step 5
Appraisal ordered by your lender.
Step 7
Any repairs completed by the seller are
signed off on or re-negotiated.
Step 9
Closing documents arrive at escrow and will be ready for your signature and the loan funds. Sale records.

Step 2
We'll begin the search for your new home.
Step 4
Home inspection & other contingency periods.

Home inspection: Standard is 10 Business Days. I recommend a general home inspection, radon testing and sewer scope. Depending on the property age and type, I may recommend additional tests and inspections. I will provide you with a list of trusted inspectors if needed. You can expect to pay $400-$800 for inspections depending on what is requested.

Additional contingency periods: These can include acceptance of HOA terms and property disclosures. We will discuss these as needed.
Step 6
Appraisal appointment completed & results are delivered to the lender.
Step 8
Closing disclosures are sent to you to sign by the lender.
